What a great local ice cream spot. Nothing goes better with sunshine than an amazing scoop (or two) of ice cream in a delicious waffle cone! My hubby had a banana split and wowza! Oh did I mention the tables have checkers and mancala games on them. I won! Thank you Ozzie's, we love coming here

Ozzie's is a delicious place to visit in Greensboro. Be sure to come hungry as they also have delicious hot dogs! I ordered the Brown Bourbon ice cream. It was so good! The outside seating area is nice on a summer evening.

After our granddaughters dance class we wanted to get her some ice cream. Checking Yelp, there was Ozzie's and a chain brand near us. We always like to support local businesses so we came here to Ozzie's. They have 16 primary flavors but there are a lot of items on their menus including malts which are hard to find and so yummy. The only thing is they don't have any other ice cream flavors labeled but that wasn't big enough for me to deduct a star. The employees are all young adults. They were friendly and outgoing and obviously having a lot of fun at their job. The joy permeated the air and it was contagious. My wife got a cup with two scoops and we got our granddaughter a cup with one scoop. They have a large outdoor seating area with picnic tables and since the weather was nice we ate out there. Some some really enjoyed our time and will be going back every week now after dance class. Ozzie's is now part of our new family routine.

Ice cream is consistently great, high quality, and well proportioned. Service was friendly and prompt. Lots of inside and outside options for seating, even has games for kids (and adults).

I love going to Ozzie's Ice cream shop. The charm and wonderful customer service is a major plus. I love the assortment of ice cream and they have large waffle cones. If you don't like to eat outside, they have an awesome interior with complimentary water. They have a few benches and chairs to sit in. It is awesome during the warmer months. I love their cappuccino crunch ice cream. I never feel miserable after eating their ice cream. It is always refreshing and the portions are great. I highly recommend this ice cream shop!

I've been wanting to try Ozzie's for a while now. I finally made the trip on my motorcycle last weekend. Upon arriving I could tell this place was a hit based on how busy they were. Lots of people sitting in the outdoor seating area enjoying a sweat treat. I tried the cookie dough and it was delicious. Very flavorful and just the right amount of cookie dough. Lots of flavor choices. Fair prices. Parking available in both sides of the building.

Absolutely love this place! Who could be unhappy eating ice cream? Love this local spot, it feels like home. The ice cream is delicious, the waffle cones are fresh, crunchy and tasty. I love the cappuccino crunch and the Cookie Monster ice cream. The atmosphere just makes you happy, and they're fast and efficient even on days when the lines out the door. We love coming here on a warm day and sit outside on the wooden picnic tables. I always bring people from out of town here when they visit because it's just a great little place! One of my favorite local spots in town.

Recently moved to the area and drove past this spot multiple times and had to try it out. We stopped here about 30 mins before closing on a Monday night and had a mixed experience. The employees were getting ready to shut down and sweeping the floors, tallying the counter. They were attentive to help us out figure out their menu as there were a lot of flavors. We did try out a few but it felt like they wanted us out of their as quickly as possible. This did not let me enjoy the indoors at all and appreciate the ambience they had setup. But outside was pretty serene at that time so I didn't mind too much. Anyways, I rushed and got the espresso and dark chocolate raspberry truffle both in cones. The ice cream was extremely good and so was their outdoor seating. But the experience with the staff wanting me out left a bitter taste in my mouth But since it was close to closing, I dont hold it against them and have only taken 1 star off. Will be back, this time well before closing and see what they have to offer!

I live for a cute little ice cream shop in the summer, and Ozzie's completely delivers! The first thing you see when you pull up are all the captivating murals on the walls. So inviting and vibrant, this is definitely a place I want to hang out. Upon going inside, they have their menu written on the wall and holy crap. So many flavors and different ways you can eat your ice cream from cup, cone, milkshake, malt, sundae, etc etc. I also love the fact that they have all of my favorite Hershey's and blue bell ice cream! The staff was full of younger adults but each one we had an e counter with was polite and helpful. We will keep making Ozzie's our go to ice cream spot in the future for sure!
